To the divine shades. To the most venerable Cominia Tyche, Lucius Annius Festus (made this) for his most chaste and loving wife, (who) lived 27 years, 11 months, and 28 days, and for himself and for his children.

The shape of the bust supports dating the monument to around the time of the Flavian emperors (96-99 CE). Hedera distinguens used as an interpunct fairly regularly throughout the inscription.
